Admin Maintenance Officer

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all security and safety matters of the company properties.
- Responsible for all building maintenance and repairs work.
- Assist in Admin task and adhoc task.
- Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
**Requirements**:
- SPM/ Diploma.
- At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experience.
- Applicants must have proven analytical aptitude, good knowledge and experience in security and maintenance.
- Working hour: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm Saturday 8.30am to 1.00pm
- Must be computer literate.
- Good command of English and BM.
- Must be willing to work odd hours and ready on call.
- Must be willing to travel, when required. (Prefer stay nearby)
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- On call
