**Company Background**:
Our clients' is a shared service company which is related to Ophthalmology and Pharmaceuticals.
Working Hours: Normal working hours (WFH)
Employment Status: 1 year contract
**Responsibilities**:
- Support transition and is responsible for successful knowledge transfer within the agreed timeline
- Knowledge retention within travel and expense scope and monitor critical deliverables
- Provide timely assistance and customer-oriented support for incoming queries and issues related to travel and expense processes and systems as a role of SME
- Collaborates with and supports stakeholders to solve more complex issues related to the T&E processes
- Support the measurement and delivery of service levels and T&E KPIs targets.
- Actively initiate, participate and support in project/ continuous improvement of T&E processes in quality and to sustain a highly effective and efficient process, and areas of standardization to optimize cost-effectiveness
- Ensures all processes, policies and procedures are clearly defined, fully documented, in line with Novartis standards and consistent with best practices as well as aligned with the Global Blueprint (when applicable) and Finance Core.
- Supports a strong control environment, follows up on audit issues and supports implementing correcting measures
**Requirements**:
- Degree in accounting, finance or business administration
- Desirable experience in Travel and Expense/Accounts Payable min. 2 years in an SSC environment
- Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, professional attitude, reliable
- Basic knowledge and experience of MS office tools
- Proficiency in Thai and English
- SAP knowledge will be added advantage
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
