**Main Role**:

- Assistant Manager (Operations) will play a pivotal role in supporting the effective operations and management of our thriving cash management business. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for career advancement and personal growth.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch Operations.
- Ensuring high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained.
- Monitoring staff performance and providing coaching and mentorship to develop the team.
- Implementing and enforcing company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Assisting with budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management.
- Identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar Assistant Manager or supervisory role within the logistics, facilities, and freight forwarding industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and inventory control.
- Good understanding of cash management operations, including the on managing day to day branch operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Diploma or degree in a related field.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,100.00 per month
