- Assist customers with **upgrade requests**, **baggage inquiries**, **delays**, and **cancellations** seamlessly.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and care.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Education**: Minimum SPM qualification.
- **Languages**: Fluency in **English** or **Bahasa Malaysia**.
- **Experience**: Fresh graduates are welcome - **no prior experience needed**
- **Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive attitude.
