Key Responsibilities

**Procurement Support**:

- Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, goods, and services.
- Support the procurement team in preparing purchase orders and processing requisitions.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of procurement activities and transactions

**Inventory Control**:

- Assist in inventory management activities, including tracking and monitoring stock levels.
- Conduct inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Collect data and compile for reporting

**Logistics Coordination**:

- Assist in coordinating the logistics and transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery.

**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain and organize supply chain documentation and records.
- Prepare and distribute supply chain-related correspondence and reports.
- Support the supply chain team with administrative tasks as needed.

**Purchase Order Management**:

- Support the procurement team in creating and processing purchase orders, monitoring order status, and ensuring timely delivery from suppliers.

**Supplier Relationship Management**:

- Help maintain relationships with current suppliers by assisting in communication, addressing inquiries, and following up on order deliveries and discrepancies.

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and procurement principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
