The RoleThe people and culture manager will act as the primary HR contact. You will not only oversee all HR duties, but also oversee and be responsible for the overall happiness of our team. You will create fun and engaging activities, for both team building and social purposes. You'll be on board and welcome new team members, ensure the team has everything they need and we are supporting their growth.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee happiness and hiring processes.
- Always on the lookout for new talent.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for new hires.
- Nurture a positive, fun and rewarding culture for internal and remote employees.
- Create and oversee new employee onboarding processes.
- Support employee retention goals.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies and procedures across the agency.
- Create and oversee performance system.
- Act as main point of contact for pay plan and benefits program.
- Primary contact for employee relations and addressing demands or other issues.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Develop KPIs program for the company and employees.

**Requirements**:

- Working experience as HR manager.
- People-oriented and extremely outgoing, with a motivational mindset.
- Experience with human resource metrics.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Willingness to research HR compliance and standards.

**; Requirements**: - What You’ll Have
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience as a Senior People Leader, having driven People programs in a growing company
- Experience working in a D2C or retail environment preferred, not required
- Able to build strong relationships among team members, external partners, and Founders
- Must be able to communicate effectively and often across the company
- Able to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with taking initiative, prioritizing and problem solving
- Able to exercise sound judgment while balancing the needs of the company and people
- Experience developing and implementing best practices within the People function and across the company
- Does not shy away from getting your hands dirty - you don’t see any job too big or small
- Highly motivated, energized attitude that inspires others to seek higher levels of performance
- Inspiring people leader -your direct reports look up to you, internal team members trust you and you’re a key stakeholder in the company’s success
