**Job Summary**:
AQ Energy is seeking a motivated individual who will oversee all aspects of human resources operations, policies, and practices within the organisation. You will play a critical role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while ensuring a positive and engaging work environment aligned with the company’s values and culture. **What You'll Do**:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with AQ Energy goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the management team to anticipate HR needs and proactively address workforce and talent management.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent. Develop job descriptions, post job openings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and facilitate the selection process and onboarding of new employees.
- Handle full spectrum of payroll processing, including computing wages, and allowances, checking attendance, upkeep employee files and updating in Human Resources system and bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick pay and benefit changes.
- Liaise with government bodies pertaining to statutory issues/compliances such as EPF, SOCSO and PCB etc.
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and contributes to the development of policies
- Advice staff on specific entitlements and explain employment standards and legislation where needed.
**Requirement**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications are a plus
- Specializing in payroll or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Human Resources or relevant working experience
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration
**Salary**: RM3,100.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
