**PURPOSE OF ROLE**:
**This role is open to applicants from any of the respective markets**
- Align business objectives, drive organizational changes, and ensure that people and culture strategy align and supports the changing business strategy for a regional cluster in Asia comprising Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia
- Partner closely with the Regional Cluster Head including the relevant local management teams to design and drive strategic HR initiatives whilst ensuring that smooth daily HR operational matters are maintained at all times. There is therefore a need for this position to collaborate closely with global, regional and local HR teams to ensure the successful implementation of HR programs and initiatives aligned with the organizational goals of the cluster
- Act as a trusted HR advisor and partner with the leadership teams in the Asia cluster, understand their business objectives and provide strategic HR guidance
- Drive the talent management process, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning, to ensure the availability of a skilled and engaged workforce
- Partner with local HR teams in the Cluster to ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies, fostering a positive employee relations environment. Act as the main point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and coaching to managers on handling employee issues, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans, to enhance employee engagement and drive individual and team performance
- Support organizational change initiatives, providing change management expertise, and ensuring effective communication and employee engagement throughout the process
- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring market competitiveness and equity across the cluster
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, and propose and implement appropriate HR solutions
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and HRIS management
- Support learning and development initiatives, identifying training needs and collaborating with the Learning and Development team to deliver targeted programs
- Stay up to date with local labor market trends, employment legislation, and industry best practices, and proactively advise on potential impacts to the organization
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree either in HR, Business, Management or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience and at least 5 years of experience as partnering with senior stakeholders of the company and 3 of which in a management capacity
- Proven analytical thinking, project management skills and ability to adapt to ambiguous environment with good learning agility
- Proven track record in partnering with business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and driving HR initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and yet able to roll up sleeve to be hands-on where necessary
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Ability to speak, read and write Mandarin would be a preference
