Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
to join our dynamic team in
Malaysia
. This role will partner closely with business leaders across Southeast Asia, providing strategic HR support to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate is a local citizen with Mandarin-speaking skill professional with strong recruitment fundamentals, solid business acumen, and the ability to design HR solutions that align with business goals at different growth stages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to identify organizational needs and provide HR solutions aligned with business strategy.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for regional roles, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.
  • Support performance management, talent development, and organizational culture initiatives.
  • Analyze and interpret HR metrics to support workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Drive employee engagement and strengthen team communication across multicultural environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-border HR teams to ensure consistency in policies and best practices.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years
    of solid HR experience, preferably as an HRBP or in a generalist role.
  • Strong recruitment foundation and deep understanding of HR operations.
  • Excellent
    business sense
    , able to translate business challenges into HR actions.
  • Familiarity with the
    internet or e-commerce industry
    is a strong plus.
  • A curious, open-minded, and adaptable mindset, comfortable working in a
    fast-paced and cross-cultural
    environment.
  • Malaysian Chinese candidates are preferred due to business and communication requirements.
