**Job responsibilities**
- To address all customer complaints / disputes in a timely manner by exploring ways to resolve the issues amicably, and to escalate the issues in a timely manner to higher management when required
- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement in the customer service experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communicate key insights to the leadership team to inform business decisions
- Provide customer with accurate and precise product & service information.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation by support frontliners when necessary
- Collaborate with operations and marketing, to improve the overall customer experience.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Plan, coordinate and assign daily workload to customer service team.

**Job Requirements**
- At least 5-8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills, Service-oriented, and a problem solver with business acumen in mind
- Able to communicate well with others when working in a team
- Fast learning skill that able to pick up new products knowledge easily.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
