**Requirements**
- Preferable with Diploma in Business and design related field.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and database systems is essential.
- Strong attention to detail is crucial for accurate data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills are important for interacting with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate with members of the procurement team and other departments within the organization.
- Capacity to identify and address issues related to orders, deliveries, and invoices.
- Ability to adapt to changes in procurement processes, technology, and organizational needs.
**Responsibility**
- Prepare and maintain procurement-related documents, including purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.
- Enter and update information in procurement databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate prices, and gather necessary information for procurement processes.
- Verify and process invoices, ensuring they align with purchase orders and delivery receipts.
- Maintain organized records of procurement transactions, contracts, and other relevant documents.
- Assist Procurement Manager with various tasks, such as market research, supplier evaluations, and order tracking.
- Follow up on outstanding orders, deliveries, and other procurement-related matters to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure that procurement activities adhere to organizational policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
- Generate reports on procurement activities, expenses, and performance indicators as needed.
- Handle all the administrative work in office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
