**Requirements**:
**To succeed in this role, you will need to have**:
- Preferably Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or
- Preferably with minimum 1 year of experience in client/customer service experience.
- Having working experiences in industry such as packaging, label, FMCG manufacturing, etc is an added advantage.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written.
- Good communication and organizing skills.
- Customer oriented.
- Possess own transport.
**Responsibilities**:
**You will play the important role of**:
- Attending sales enquires & generating RFQ.
- To maintain close communication and relationship between operation, sales and customers.
- Ensure projects are monitored & progressed according to customer agreed timeline and specifications.
- Provide on-going communication with planners, sales personnel & customer regarding issues which will affect the agreed timeline.
- To receive and process customer enquiries and provide support to sales team.
- Provide backup to sales team as required, including acting as an interface between production and sales.
- Ensure post sales activities are completed within agreed timeframes.
