Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Associate at Cheong Fatt Tze - The Blue Mansion. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience, from check-in to check-out. This includes handling reservations, guest inquiries, and requests, as well as offering recommendations for dining, attractions, and activities in the area, with a focus on providing a high level of hospitality and personalized service. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
**Qualifications**:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and at least one other language
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems
A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service
A degree or diploma in hospitality or related field is a plus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
