  • Office management: Keep the reception area clean and organized, monitor and order office supplies, and ensure security procedures are followed.
  • Communication: Answer and route incoming phone calls, take messages, and handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Administrative support: Perform a variety of clerical tasks, including filing, data entry, scanning, and maintaining updated records.
  • Visitor and client interaction: Greet and welcome visitors professionally, answer questions, and direct guests to the correct person or department.
  • Scheduling and coordination: Schedule appointments and meetings, manage calendars, and assist with coordinating tasks for other departments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
