**Responsible for strategizing and planning Allianz4Good CSR initiatives, including budgeting, event coordination, and project monitoring. Ensures effective communication, record-keeping, and reporting, fostering positive internal and external relationships for successful CSR program implementation.**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1.** **Project Management**
- Plan, coordinate, monitor and manage Allianz4Good projects.
- Conduct pre and post evaluation for Allianz4Good projects.
- Effectively complete any other projects as may be assigned by superior

**2.** **Administration**
- Process payment for initiatives
- Well versed with Corporate Governance and policies pertaining to CSR
- Conduct screenings on social organisation and vendors prior to any partnership

**3. Communications**
- Able to churn out quality reports.
- Content writing for newsletters, social media post, press release, annual reporting and other general communications
- Effective public relations and record keeping
- Coordinating events, volunteering activities and trainings

**4. Stakeholder Management**
- Liaise and coordinate with Allianz4Good stakeholders
- Effective communication and good working rapport

**Key Requirements**
- Minimum 2 years' experience in CSR department
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good project management skills and teamwork
