Account Assistant

Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, ledgers, and reports.
- Handle data entry of invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses into the accounting system.
- Prepare and process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
- Assist in bank reconciliations and monitoring cash flow.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
- Help prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for audit and reference.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments regarding payments and billing issues.
- Assist in payroll preparation (if required).
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Accountant.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
