Production Team Leader

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM/STPM, Certificate, or Diploma in any field
- At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant production management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work in various shifts and adapt to changing production demands

**Job Scopes**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure smooth operation and adherence to production schedules
- Assign tasks to team members and monitor their performance to ensure quality and efficiency
- Provide guidance and training to team members on production processes, equipment operation, and safety procedures
- Oversee the setup and operation of production machinery and equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products to ensure adequate supply for production needs
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Report on production metrics, including output, efficiency, and quality, to management
- Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implementing corrective actions
- Motivate team members to meet production targets and quality standards, addressing any performance issues as necessary
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure a smooth production flow
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned or instructed through a duly authorized person of the company.

**Benefits & Remunerations**:

- Salary Range: RM 2,500 to RM 3,500

- Yearly increment and bonus (Based on Performance)

**Working Hours & Days**:

- Working Hours: From 8.00 am to 5.00 pm
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
