About the Role
The Associate Director of End User Technology responsible for the engineering and operations of consistent and outstanding Group-wide end user technology and service management, deliver an improved user experience capability across multiple locations including 40,000+ devices on time, on budget and to the quantified happiness of the user community. We need a person responsible for the end user computing standards, compliance by BU’s, reporting, governance. Sub-functions include administration of O365, M365 Dynamics, OS engineering, packaging and patching.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Show the standard for end user computing technology. Responsible for creation, upkeep of such standard along with automation of any workflows associated with or emanating from such standard.
Responsible for timely reporting and flagging non-compliance to BU’s.
Work with the GCI (GEO) governance and architecture function to envision and define a forward looking, coordinated and outstanding Group-wide End User Technology estate. Towards this the incumbent is encouraged to communicate, liaise and co-ordinate with Group and BU users world-wide to understand use cases, quantify demand, communicate plans and publish an end user technology strategy and roadmap (with approval of Director GCI).
Build and implement the next generation End User Experience passionate about Office 365, work together, Mobility, Video and Biometric capability.
Ensure that office facilities and user experience are fully coordinated for detailed and outstanding user experience.
Scope of the role is 40,000+ devices across multiple locations and technologies
