Job description:
Waktu Kerja:
- 6pagi-3petang/ 8pagi-5petang
- Isnin-Jumaat, Sabtu 1/2 day Alternate
- Kerja 9jam rehat 1 jam
- Kerja melebihi 9jam akan dikira sebagai OT
Job Responsibility:
1. **Operasi Dapur & Penyediaan Makanan**
- Menguruskan satu stesen dapur (contoh: grill, sauce, pastry, sauté).
- Menyediakan dan memasak makanan mengikut standard rasa, kualiti, dan persembahan.
- Pastikan pesanan pelanggan disediakan tepat pada masa.
- Menyelia kebersihan dan kekemasan kawasan kerja masing-masing.
2. **Kawalan Kualiti & Standard Resipi**
- Memastikan resipi, kaedah masakan, dan saiz hidangan dipatuhi.
- Memastikan semua hidangan konsisten dari segi rasa, tekstur, suhu, dan persembahan.
- Mengawal portion control untuk elak pembaziran.
3. **Pengurusan Staf & Latihan**
- Membimbing dan melatih **commis** atau trainee di stesen masing-masing.
- Memberi arahan harian kepada pasukan kecil di bawah seliaan.
4. **Pengurusan Bahan & Inventori**
- Memastikan stok mencukupi di stesen dapur yang diuruskan.
- Melaporkan keperluan bahan kepada Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager.
- Mengawal pembaziran makanan dengan “first in, first out” (FIFO).
Kelayakan:
Mempunyai pengalaman sekurang-kurangnya lebih 10 tahun dalam bidang F&B dan mahir dalam memasak, sihat dan minat yang mendalam dalam bidang F&B. Calon yang boleh mula serta-merta akan diberi keutamaan.
