**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible on the data entry of newly hired employee
- Responsible in preparing the documents of the newly hired employee
- Update the employee record
- Assist in managing the attendance of staff
- Assist in the payroll process
- Responsible on the data entry in the system
- Undertake all filling as required
- Issue and handle all appropriate paperwork
- Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time which assigned by the superior or manager
- Maintaining Payroll information by collating, calculating and entering data.
- Updating payroll records by entering any changes to employee information or benefits
- Update department monthly report.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries.

Job Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and alibility to work independently.
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual in Bahasa English, Bahasa Melayu with communication and writing skills.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
