**Responsibilities**:

- Handle daily sales operations and resolve any issues that might deal with.
- Lead and motivate the sales staff to work as a team to achieve the desired sales target.
- Provide relevant training and guidethe sales staff on the skills and knowledge in digital business marketing.
- Assess and evaluate the sales team work performance that had been assigned to you.
- Others related duties within your scope that assigned by your immediate superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Management / Marketing or any related field.
- Preferred to have at least 2 years relevant working experience particularly in digital marketing.
- Active and savvy with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram,Tiktok, WeChat and WhatsApp.
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership skills to lead the team.
- Self-motivation, result oriented, confident and positive personality.
- Able to perform in multi task and easily adapt to fast pace working environment.

- 5 days' work week (Monday to Friday, 9.00 am - 6.30 pm).

Salary Range
- RM 4,500.00 to RM 6,000.00
