**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the semiconductor industry, with a strong focus on expanding our presence in overseas markets. This role involves managing a sales team, developing market strategies, and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and organize all sales activities to achieve annual sales targets.
- Develop, implement, and improve sales policies and procedures.
- Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Review and approve sales contracts, invoices, and shipping documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on payments and manage credit risk effectively.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance reviews.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and ISO standards.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
- Strong expertise in competitive analysis, pricing strategy, negotiation, and contract management.
- Proven experience in developing and managing overseas markets.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written), especially for international client communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
