_**Job Summary**:_
The Store Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the retail store and team. The incumbent is tasked with the responsibility to create an exceptional shopping experience for customers, managing the store team, driving sales, and ensuring the store operates efficiently and effectively. The assigned key holder for the retail store, the Store Manager will also be the main liaison between the store and the HQ.

**Leadership and Team Management**
- Lead, motivate and mentor a team of retail assistants, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.
- To communicate performance expectations clearly, providing regular feedback and conducting bi-annual or ad-hoc performance evaluations.
- Foster a strong sense of teamwork and unity among staff members.
**Customer Service and Experience**
- Ensure a high level of customer service by personally engaging with customers and coaching the team to deliver outstanding service.
- Manage customer complaints and enquiries in a professional manner, providing the best possible outcome.
- Ensure the personal appearance of sales staff is in line with company guidelines.
- Understand, track and propose ways to continuously improve on customer service.
- Monitoring activities and ensuring the implementation of SOPs to prevent incidents of shoplifting, shrinkage and/or accidents.
**Sales & Product Knowledge**
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective merchandising, product knowledge and upselling techniques.
- Conduct daily briefing to the team on sales plan and goals, product highlights of the day and customer service.
- To monitor staff service levels in order to maximise store sales.
- Attract, engage and motivate customers into making purchases in store.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product offerings/services and trend to effectively communicate product features, new trends and benefits to customers.
**Visual Merchandising and Store Presentation**
- Maintaining an appealing and organized store layout, ensuring products are neatly displayed, adequately stocked, and in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Keep stock clean and presentable at all times.
- Actively propose ways to create attractive displays to enhance the store's overall aesthetics.
**Point of Sale (POS) Operations & Reporting**
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
- Handle cash credit, and other payment methods securely and adhere to the store's cash handling policies.
- Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile discrepancies, if any.
- Collating data for all reports pertaining to sales, customer service, accounts, logistics in a timely manner.
**Operational Excellence**
- Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and security protocols.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean store environment, ensuring proper care and storage of stocks, fixtures and furnitures.
- Submit any and all reports (as requested) in a timely manner to management.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store to provide a pleasant shopping environment.
- Regularly check and restock supplies such as shopping bags, receipt rolls, and other essentials.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the store management.
- Master key holder responsible for Store Opening / Closing.
**Inventory Management**
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes, and ensure accurate record-keeping of products.
- Place replenishment orders in a timely manner to ensure optimal stock availability and avoid out-of-stock situations.
- Conduct ethical and periodical stock takes (as per SOP) with integrity.
**Team Training & Development**
- Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating strong work ethic, product knowledge and positive attitude.
- Guiding the team to ensure smooth store operations, especially for new joiners.
- Facilitate learning opportunities and contribute to productivity improvement.
- Consistently demonstrate appreciation and encouragement, maintaining a positive and fun work environment.
Attend staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
