**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all documents to be collected from any designed place on time
- Computed all dispatching activities for any related departments/management
- Collection from any related supplier and companies
- To entertain ad-hoc request from any related departments
- All administrative matter such as filing, documentation arrangement etc must be done accordingly
- Assisting officer on any administrative work from time to time as per requested by the management
- Safely transporting the employer to and from specified locations in a timely manner.
- Planning routes and meeting all travel schedules, utilizing knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns to avoid delays.
- Ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and regulations, and maintaining a safe driving record.

Handling unexpected or emergency situations calmly and efficiently, ensuring passenger safety at all times.

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 per month
