Dispatch
- Delivering and picking up items/documents to clients according to the daily schedule.
- Assure every required document is signed and verified during delivery.
- Planning for a daily route for effective delivery.
- Help up on packing and unpacking of items.
- Office assistant, filing and running errands for office work and bank.
- Other office domestic work as per when required by superior.
- Assure safety use/drive of company vehicles & hand over the car key to the office everyday.
- Assure items/documents are handled with good care without breaking or affecting the function as all the items are fragile and electrical sensitive.
- Assure safety of oneself and vehicle on the road by following road rules & regulation. Driver (Dispatch boy) is responsible to fully pay for the summons in his violation of traffic and parking using company vehicles.
- Office upkeep and housekeeping as per required by superior or logistic admin.
- Review on the route effectiveness and smoothness of delivery to assure highest efficiency.
- Following the covid-19 prevention SOP during operation in the office and customers’ site.
- Work and communicate closely with admin logistic PIC.
