**Job Descriptions**:

- Handling software support for clients.
- Maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Following and maintaining technical Standard of Procedure to ensure efficient planning and execution.
- Communicating technical information in an accessible manner to non-technical clients/vendors.
- Prioritizing and executing tasks in a high-pressure environment effectively.
- Customer-service-focused or a problem solver-replying to clients/vendors’ queries attentively.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s diploma or degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies.
- Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs.
- Basic knowledge of networking principles and operating systems.
- Process improvement mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Good attitude and responsibility.
