Able to handle purchasing activities including sourcing for potential vendor, comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers and negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing etc.
- Generate and process purchase orders
- Liaise with supplier for timely delivery, to ensure smooth and efficient running of daily operation
- Review the quality of product purchased
- In charge of buying quality products and services that is cost-efficient.
- Evaluate supplier performance time to time based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices in line with company standard procedure.
- Maintain accurate purchase and pricing records apart from ensuring Custom compliance.
- Prepare cost analyses and monthly reports.
- Build strong working relationships both internally and externally including with vendors/key suppliers.
- Perform other duties assigned as and when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma holder in Business Administration/Finance/Logistics/ Supply Management with at least 2 years’ experience in related field.
- Good working knowledge and understanding of procurement processes and practices.
- Highly organized, possess strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Malay & English. Fluent in Mandarin is a plus point.
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
- A motivated person with strong work ethics and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good problem solving and analytical skills
- Malaysian citizen.
- Willing to work in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
