Responsible for on-boarding, confirmation, change of employment conditions, resignation, induction, probation evaluation, re-designation, promotion, exit interview, appraisal and other related support.
- Handle HR administration roles including letter issuance, personnel files, and etc.
- Liaise with the respective government statutory bodies for matters related to EPF, Socso and Income Tax, etc.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Assist in training and development matters, as well as sourcing of appropriate programs including the preparation of aids/materials, and facilitate training programs through use of external vendors as when required.
- Responsible for HRDF claims submission for training.
- To perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- At least 3 years working experience in Human Resource and Administration field / functions.
- Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act, Labour Laws and HR practices will be an added advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Good in **English and Bahasa Malaysia**, both written and communication skills, _**Mandarin **_will be an added advantage.
- Able to work independently and has initiative, good interpersonal communication skills.
- Fast worker and able to multitask and take on new roles as and when assigned.
- Detail oriented, strong problem solving and teamwork skills.
- **Able to start immediately is an advantage.**

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
