HR Executive role will be the key person in payroll processing of all non-managerial employees by managing payroll computation in the payroll system. He or she will ensure that all payment is released accurately and on-timely.
**Payroll Computation**
- Performance payroll computation for end month salary, OT, allowances and etc.
- Upkeep the employee pay related information in the payroll system.
- Ensure that all essential data and setting in payroll system is correct so that all the computation is done correctly.
- Act as advisor in all pay related issues, such as shortage of pay, Overtime calculation method and etc.
- Attend to and assist in resolving all employee payroll related grievances.
- Ensure that all payroll computation is done accordingly to the legislation requirements.
- Ensure timely release of pay during the payroll cycle.
- Prepare monthly payroll report for management to review.
**Statutory Submission**
- Prepare report for all statutory deduction, such as Employee Provident Fund (EPF), Human Resource Development Council (HRDC) Social Security Organisation (SOCSO), Income Tax and etc.
- Request for and process payment for all the monthly statutory submission.
- Ensure that all the deduction is done accordingly to the legislation requirements.
**Other Roles**
- Expatriate Management.
- Preparation of yearly HR department budget.
- Other relevant HR operations roles as and when is required.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
