1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

- Recruitment: Coordinate all stages of the recruitment process, from posting job openings on various platforms to screening resumes, conducting initial phone interviews, and scheduling in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers. Ensure that job descriptions are accurate and aligned with the company’s hiring needs and culture.
- Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new employees. Prepare and ensure all necessary documentation (contracts, certificates, non-disclosure agreements, etc.) is completed. Facilitate the integration of new hires into the company by providing them with necessary orientation, introducing them to their teams, and ensuring they understand their role, responsibilities, and the company’s policies.

2. Payroll & Benefits Administration:

- Payroll: Ensure the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for all employees. This includes tracking employee attendance, ensuring overtime calculations are correct, and processing any adjustments for advance, loans, or deductions. Work closely with the finance team to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Benefits: Administer employee benefits programs such as insurance, medical, and other perks offered by the company. Assist employees with any questions or concerns regarding their benefits and enrollment. Maintain up-to-date records on employee benefits elections and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

3. Training & Development:

- Employee Training: Coordinate internal and external training programs aimed at improving employees’ skills and competencies. Ensure that training sessions align with organizational needs and contribute to career development.
- HRDF Management: Manage HRDF (Human Resources Development Fund) contributions and training claims. Ensure that training programs are eligible for HRDF funding and assist in submitting claims for reimbursement under HRDF guidelines.
- Training Records & Reports: Maintain and update records of employee training, including HRDF claims and outcomes. Prepare reports on training effectiveness and compliance with HRDF requirements.
- Career Development: Assist in identifying career development needs and creating learning pathways for employees to enhance their professional growth within the organization.

4. Disciplinary Actions & Employee Relations
- Disciplinary Management: Ensure that disciplinary actions are carried out in accordance with company policies. This includes managing employee performance issues, addressing violations of company policies, and ensuring that proper documentation is kept.
- Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator in employee disputes and facilitate a fair resolution process. Provide support to managers and employees in addressing workplace issues related to performance, behavior, and company policies.
- Compliance: Ensure that all disciplinary actions are compliant with local labor laws and company policies. Maintain detailed records of all employee disciplinary actions and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.

5. Mileage & Claims Management:

- Expense Management: Oversee the submission, review, and approval process for employee mileage claims, travel expenses, and other reimbursements. Ensure that employees adhere to company policies when submitting claims.
- Claim Processing: Review claims for accuracy and completeness, ensuring that all necessary receipts and documentation are included. Process claims promptly to ensure employees are reimbursed in a timely manner.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of employee mileage and expense claims and prepare periodic reports for management, ensuring transparency and adherence to budget constraints.

6. HR Administration & General Support:

- Record Keeping: Ensure that all HR-related documentation, including but not limited to employee records, contracts, and/or performance evaluations, is kept up to date and securely stored. Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with privacy laws.
- HR Compliance: Ensure that HR processes and policies align with local labor laws and industry best practices. Assist with audits and inspections as necessary.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of regular HR reports, such as employee attendance, training completion, payroll summaries, and benefits usage. Provide data and insights to support HR decision-making.

7. Ad-Hoc Tasks:

- Provide support for any other ad-hoc tasks as needed by the management.

**Experience**:

- 3 years’ experience in Human Resources with a focus on recruitment, payroll administration, training, and employee relations

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
