**Job Summary**:
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of Human Resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, payroll support, and HR administration. The role ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment laws while promoting a positive and productive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Recruitment & Onboarding**
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, interviewing, and preparing offer letters.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.

**2. Employee Relations**
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Support in disciplinary and grievance matters when required.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and welfare activities.

**3. Attendance & Payroll Support**
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, and overtime records.
- Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll and personnel information.

**4. Performance & Training Management**
- Assist in coordinating performance appraisals and employee evaluations.
- Identify training needs and arrange training programs for staff development.

**5. HR Administration & Compliance**
- Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with Employment Act and other statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Update and maintain HR policies and procedures as directed.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR or related field.
- Good knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
