**Job description** **Job Brief** We are looking for an **energetic and passionate Sales Executive** to be a part of Cranbridge International School's Student Recruitment Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the continuous recruitment of local and international students through leads provided to you and through leads gathered from your initiatives. You will also be responsible for approaching companies, embassies and organisations to form strategic recruitment partnerships to drive your student recruitment numbers. This role is mainly B2C with some B2B as well. **Working Hours** - Monday to Friday - 9am to 4pm - Weekends - Only as required (School Fairs, Open Days, scheduled appointments with clients (if required)) **Responsibilities** - Conduct market research to identify competitor promotions, selling possibilities, and evaluate customer needs - Actively seek out new sales opportunities by following up on leads, networking and social media - Set up meetings with potential clients, arrange for School Tours, identify clients' needs and present sales pitches based on needs. - Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services to individuals and companies - Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data - Participate and assist in the setting up of booths during fairs, exhibitions or conferences - Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections - Collaborate with team members to achieve better results - Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams **Qualifications and Job Requirements** - No Minimum Academic Qualifications Required - Fresh Graduates encouraged to apply - Fluent in English - Mandarin would be an advantage - Comfortable talking to an international clientele - Well kempt - Friendly demeanour - Extroverted personality - Able to think on their feet to ultimately close the deal - Good Team Player - Good working proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) **Compensation & Benefits** - Basic Salary - RM2,000 - RM3,800 per month (Based on Relevant Experience) - Commission - RM500 per successful deal closure (KPI Expected > 5 Deals/Month) - Commission is paid to you in full once deal has been closed - EPF/SOCSO Provided - Free Lunch is Provided on Weekdays - Free Basement Parking Provided on-premise **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month + Additional Commission **Benefits**: - Maternity leave - Meal provided Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - Commission pay **Education**: - No minimum Academic Qualifications **Experience**: - Minimum of 1 Year of Sales Experience is preferred, but individuals with no sales experience yet who are driven to make money are encouraged to apply Languages: - English (Compulsory) - Mandarin (preferred) **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Free parking - Maternity leave - Meal provided - Opportunities for promotion - Parental leave Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - Commission pay - Performance bonus **Experience**: - (Business to Consumer) B2C Sales: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) - Mandarin (preferred) Work Location: In person
