**Key Responsibilities**:

- Providing transaction support services, including conducting due diligence to assess the financial, commercial, and operational aspects of potential transactions.
- Developing complex financial models to evaluate the financial impact of transactions, including valuation analysis, cash flow projections, and scenario analysis.
- Assisting clients in structuring deals to optimize value and mitigate risks, including evaluating different deal structures, negotiating terms and conditions, and advising on financing options.
- Advising clients on their overall M&A strategy, including identifying potential acquisition targets or divestiture opportunities, evaluating market trends, and assessing competitive landscapes.
- Supporting clients in post-merger integration or divestiture planning, including developing integration/separation plans, addressing operational challenges, and maximizing synergies.
- Conducting valuations of businesses, assets, and intangible assets for various purposes, such as M&A transactions, financial reporting, tax planning, and litigation support.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth and development.
- Staying abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes impacting the deal advisory landscape.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience at Big 4 professional services firm
- Mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, due diligence or forensic accounting specializations only.
- Degree/Qualification in Accounting/CFA/CVA/CA/ACCA/Financial Engineering.
- Passing CFA or CVA exam at any level is an advantage.
- Excellent critical analysis, communication skills, client focused and result oriented.
- Very capable in Excel and Powerpoint.
- Outstanding written and spoken English.
- Team player, eager to learn, stress resistant, entrepreneurial, proactive and hands-on.
