Location Kawasan Perindustrian Jorak, Bukit Pasir Muar Johor.
- At Least 2 Years of working experience in the related fields.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements
- Responsible for monitoring employees attendance, overtime and leave record.
- Ensure HR-related documents are properly maintained for external audit purposes and experience handling Social Audit.
- Liaise with relevant government agencies (JTK,BOMBA, JKKP, DOE, JIM, MPM) on HR statutory requirements and ensuring full compliance requirements.
- Monitor the foreign workers regarding their work permits medical checkups & disciplinary.
- Organize outdoor and celebration activities/cooperate with production carry out company planned activities.
- Ensure Factory property, hostel and company vehicle clean and in good condition.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: Up to RM2,500.00 per month
