Do you like to face new challenges? You’ll have a front-row seat at Liquidhub, a subsidiary of a larger telecommunications service provider company whereby we have been operating an extensive international network services that serves telecommunications operators and service providers globally since 2004. Since our inception in 2004 more than 400 operators globally have trusted us with our service.
You’ll play an integral part in building Liquidhub’s brand and market in Peninsular Malaysia. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass our business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Development Executive to join our ICT Business Division focusing on Klang Valley and Selangor whereby the team is expanding to meet the needs of the market. You’ll talk to a huge range of incredible corporate figures, leaders and ICT experts as you introduce the power of Liquidhub suite of product solutions to transform the way that employees and employers embrace Business Automation and Digitalization with Technology.
Tasks that you will be entrusted with include, but are not limited to:
- Developing sales strategies to draw in potential buyers or to solicit new potential customers.
- Initiating contact with potential customers through cold-calling or responding to inquiries generated from marketing unit.
- Creating relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
- Presenting Liquidhub suite of product solutions information to customers once you have identified their needs.
- Following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase any goods or services.
- Collaborating with the Sales Managers to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
- Accurately manage the CRM with all the different opportunities generated.
- Help build brand awareness through targeted telemarketing campaigns.
- Hit weekly and monthly KPIs around productivity.
**; Requirements: - You will need the following**:
- 3+ years of proven experience in a Sales Development Executive role or similar.
- Fluent level of English and Bahasa Malaysia - Mandarin is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are based in Selangor / Klang Valley / W. Persekutuan.
- You’re a fast learner with a passion for telesales and hybrid work.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, marketing, business administration, business management, or related field.
