**Job Title: Legal Executive**

**Location**: Ampang, Kuala Lumpur
**Employment Type**: Contract, 12 Month

**Job Overview**

We are seeking a diligent and proactive **Legal Executive** to support our team in managing and mitigating legal risks, ensuring compliance, and providing legal advice across the organization. This role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and assisting in dispute resolution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and provide advice on compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Support the legal team in managing litigation, regulatory matters, and dispute resolution processes.
- Ensure the company’s activities comply with relevant legal frameworks and internal policies.
- Liaise with external counsel on specialized legal matters as needed.
- Maintain accurate legal records, documents, and correspondence.
- Provide legal training and guidance to internal stakeholders on key legal and compliance topics.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualification.
- **Licensure**: Admitted to the Bar in [Specify Jurisdiction, e.g., Malaysia, UK].
- **Experience**: At least 2-4 years of experience in corporate or commercial law (in-house or law firm experience preferred).
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Preferred Skills**
- Knowledge of [industry-specific regulations, e.g., financial services, IT, manufacturing].
- Experience with corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
