**Job Level**:Entry level to Intermediate

**Salary Range**:
Full time: RM 2,500 - RM 3,500

Part time: RM15 to 18/hr

**Work Schedule**: 6 Days Work Week / Shifting Hours

**Department**:Operations Department - F&B

**Location: THE Exchange TRX, KLGCC, Ascott KL and Mont Kiara**

**Overview**:
INITIA Group - Malaysia is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our vibrant F&B team as **Service Crew**. This role is centered around supporting daily restaurant operations, delivering prompt and friendly service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. While your main role will involve **serving food and beverages**, you may also assist with basic front-of-house tasks like greeting guests or helping with seating during peak hours.

**Core Responsibilities**
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain cleanliness.
- Handle POS transactions and manage customer payments as needed.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow.
- Occasionally assist with welcoming guests and basic FOH duties (e.g. hosting or queue management).
- Provide general support to outlet operations and uphold brand standards.

**Job Specifications**
- Prior experience in F&B or hospitality is a plus. But **Fresh graduates / Entry-level welcome to apply**:

- Friendly, engaging, and customer-oriented personality.
- Comfortable with standing for long hours and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays as rostered.
- **Ability to converse in Mandarin or Korean is an advantage** (to cater to a diverse customer base).
- Malaysian citizens or those with the legal right to work in Malaysia are encouraged to apply.
