Sales Executive

**Details & Duties of Responsibilities**
- Responsible for hitting individual’s sales target for the residential segment (B2C) through partners and referral agents
- Build and maintain a good rapport with existing and new clients and partners.
- Participate in company functions, promotions, customer visits, and customer events to build up the sales customer database and network
- Recommend and execute on-ground sales programs/events
- Build and update on all intelligences of the assigned project sites, including but not limited to:
1. Site intelligence: Total Available Market (TAM), occupancy rate, Current Available Market (CAM)
2. Competitor’s intelligence: Current ISP, market share, contract related intelligence
3. Residential type and intelligence: Audience profile, residential status, etc
4. Channel standards and policies
- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies and marketing information.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Job Requirement**
- Possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional, in Business Administration/Marketing, or any relevant field.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.
- Competitive, Self-starter, Hunter-type mentality
- Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate through all mediums (verbal, listening, written)
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, self-development, motivation for sales.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
