2. Answer consumers questions on Brand/Products, convert and upsell
3. Proactively engage with customers
4. Incentivizes consumers to leave rating and review
5. Able to talk with online consumers vs in person
**_Experience and Capabilities : _**
1.Comfortable with basic technology (eg : using Lazada/ Shopee seller)
2. Beauty advisor experience (ideally from offline BA)
3. Happy to talk with online customers vs in person
**_Job scope : _**
1. Monitor chat response rate/time
2. Able to drive sales via live chat
3. Shop rating
4. Livestream
**_Allowances : -_**
- Grooming = RM100 monthly
- Shoe = RM60 Bi-annually
- Transport = RM80 Monthly
- Phone = RM100 Monthly (claim basis)
