We're looking for a detail-oriented General Admin to manage office operations, handle inventory, coordinate services, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management & Supplies
- Track and manage all office supplies inventory (stationery, pantry items)
- Forecast needs, place orders with vendors, verify deliveries
- Maintain organized storage areas
- Coordinate cleaning services, ensuring standards are met
- Handle communications with service contractors
- Manage daily office maintenance and environment
- Manage company Merchant checking and relocated location for retail=

Business Licensing & Compliance
- Actively manage all business licenses and permits needed for operations
- Track license expiration dates and initiate renewal processes
- Communicate directly with government agencies and regulators
- Maintain comprehensive database of licenses and related correspondence

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Attention to detail and record-keeping ability
- Experience coordinating with external service providers
- Knowledge of business licensing processes (local councils like DBKL, Majlis Perbandaran Sepang, etc.)
- Effective communication skills
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to administrative tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
