We are looking for a reliable and well-organised **Office Administrator** to handle daily administrative tasks and ensure smooth office operations. You will be responsible for supporting various departments, maintaining office supplies, and assisting in documentation and coordination tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and equipment inventory
- Organise and maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
- Assist with basic HR and finance-related admin tasks
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and internal events
- Support team members with documentation, data entry, and reporting
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management
- Ensure the office is clean, organised, and runs efficiently

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask
- Fresh graduates and interns are encouraged to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
