As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a forward-thinking **Business Development Manager** to lead our expansion efforts and build strong industry partnerships.

**Role Overview**

As the **Business Development Manager**, your role will focus on identifying strategic opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and growing MACTION’s footprint in the business training and consultancy sector. You’ll work closely with our leadership and sales teams to align growth initiatives with sales execution, especially in helping clients understand and implement successful expansion models, including franchising.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Building**: Identify, pursue, and close new B2B opportunities with SMEs looking to scale their businesses.
- **Advisory Collaboration**: Support clients interested in franchising by introducing MACTION’s training and consulting solutions.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct in-depth research to identify industry trends, gaps, and opportunities that align with MACTION’s services.
- **Team Development**: Mentor and guide the sales team to enhance performance and market knowledge.
- **Campaign & Promotion**: Work with marketing to develop and execute impactful campaigns to raise brand awareness and attract potential clients.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Program Development, Finance) to ensure seamless execution.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track and report on KPIs such as client acquisition, revenue generation, and expansion success metrics.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years’ experience in business development, preferably in training, education, consultancy, or B2B services.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and forming strategic partnerships.
- At least a Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Fluency in **Mandarin**, **English**, and **Bahasa Malaysia** is required (Mandarin proficiency is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.).
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently and within a team.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
