**Position: Personal Assistant**
**Location: Damansara (5 Min from MRT Semantan)**
**Working Days/ Hours: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM/ Saturday, 9AM - 1PM**
**Tenure: Permanent**
**Training will be provided**
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle all secretarial, personal administrative, and research tasks with confidentiality.
- Take meeting minutes and support tasks like preparing quotation comparisons, doing market research/studies, and compiling information.
- Track tasks from all Heads of Departments (HODs) and ensure timely updates are given to the Directors.
- Arrange and manage appointments and meetings.
- Plan and organize the Director’s travel schedule and bookings.
- Be flexible to take on other duties as assigned, including working extra hours when needed.
- Manage and verify the Driver's overtime and submit relevant claims for the Director.
- Support with any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Director.
**Job Requirements**:
- Open to fresh graduates; no prior experience needed.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Confident and fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
- Neat and presentable, able to represent the Director in high-level meetings.
- Emotionally mature with good listening and communication skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
