**1. Customer Interaction**
- Assisting customers in placing orders and providing product information.
- Addressing customer complaints and resolving issues promptly.

**2. Order Management**
- Processing orders and updating order statuses.
- Coordinating with the delivery team to ensure timely deliveries.
- Assisting with order tracking and providing customers with updates.

**3. Support for Sales and Promotions**
- Providing information about ongoing promotions and upselling products where appropriate.

**4. Administrative Support**
- Maintaining customer records and updating databases.
- Assisting with filing customer feedback or complaints for future reference.
- Preparing reports related to customer inquiries and feedback.

**5. Assisting in Teamwork**
- Collaborating with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Helping the customer service team with daily operational tasks.

**6. Training and Learning (for Interns)**
- Learning about the products and services offered by the company.
- Gaining experience in handling real-time customer interactions.
- Understanding customer service best practices and industry standards.

**7. Other Ad-hoc Tasks**
- Supporting any additional customer service or operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From RM40.00 per day
