**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative event concepts aligned with organizational goals, while continuously researching market and customer trends to strengthen the credibility of IT brands.
- Conduct regular meetings with vendors and cross-departmental colleagues to coordinate events such as product launches, virtual exhibitions, and more.
- Oversee all logístical aspects of events, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, décor, and on-site coordination.
- Identify and establish partnerships with suitable vendors, negotiating contracts to ensure cost-effective and high-quality event solutions.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all required services and materials.
- Implement lead generation strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn, personalized outreach, and EDMs to drive attendance and maximize engagement.
- Strengthen the credibility of multinational brands by conducting ongoing research to stay aligned with market demands and consumer behavior.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned, while adhering to departmental guidelines and company policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate, unemployed or working part time basis
- Possess minimum Certificate of Successful Completion of Degree Program
- Completed Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Protege Trainee Contract for 8 months
- Proven experience in event planning and execution.
- Ability to speak well to drive attendance and engagement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Positive attitude, self-motivated
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to travel outstation
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
