Service Leader - Human Resources

We are looking for Service Leader - Human Resources

As a Service Leader - Human Resourceas, we rely on you to

Facilitates administrative functions of the Human Resources Division as assigned by the Director of HR.
To render services and delight the internal customers on their needs with existing guidelines and standard set up by Shangri-La Rasa Sayang, Penang.
To assume the responsibility of the Human Rsources officer.

**We are looking for someone who**:
1-2 years of experience in similar capacity in an International Class Hote

Has strong interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
Is professional, discreet and can handle sensitive information
Effective bilingual in English & Malay both written and verbal.
Team player, adaptable and able to work under pressure.
