IT Service Desk Support

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Provide support for Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and basic networking.
- Track and manage service requests in the ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support teams.
- Set up and configure new hardware and software.
- Maintain user access, passwords, and security settings.
- Document solutions and maintain knowledge base.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in IT or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- On call
