This role is focused on driving growth by entering new markets and strengthening the brand in key target areas.

**1. Team Leadership & Development**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives.
- Foster a positive team culture that encourages motivation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Recruit, train, and coach team members to enhance their skills and overall capabilities.

**2. Market Expansion & Business Growth**:

- Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and strengthen brand presence among local consumer segments.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and product positioning tactics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed on trends and emerging opportunities.

**3. Sales & Marketing Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional initiatives tailored to customer needs.
- Ensure marketing materials, messaging, and branding are culturally relevant and aligned with the target audience.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to achieve sales target.

**4. Stakeholder & Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
- Represent the company at events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
- Work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure seamless customer service and operational excellence.

**5. Operational & Financial Management**:

- Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance related to designated market segments.
- Optimize resource allocation and implement cost-effective business practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven leadership and managerial experience, preferably in retail or consumer goods industries.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics, consumer behavior, and sales strategies.
- Experience in online sales, shopping mall operations, or kiosk management will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of successful market expansion and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skills in both Malay and English (written and spoken).
- Results-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM13,500.00 per month
