- Process orders, delivery and returns
- Management of shopify websites (eg update inventory and pricing)
- Execute online campaigns on Shopee & Lazada
- Liaise with stakeholders eg: warehouse, courier company & customer support agency
- Other related ad-hoc tasks

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- With 1 year experience in e - commerce, ideally in customer service and operations, fulfillment, or related
- Proficient in World, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
- Knowledge in Shopify, Shopee & Lazada is an advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills (English & Bahasa Melayu)
