Receptionist (G Tower, Kl)

Office based: G Tower, Kuala Lumpur
Working hour: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
**Responsibilities**:
- Redirect phone calls to the right person professionally and stay alert to screen suspicious phishing incoming calls to ensure company properties are protected.
- Ensure all the incoming / outgoing documents and parcel are handled carefully by sorting and distributing to the right person. Maintain received documents in logbook and ensure receiver acknowledge while collect the documents.
- Greet/welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person.
- Handle general office administration duties such as update the stock of docket for airway bill/DHL/ABX, boxes request by department for courier services and filing of air-waybills other documents within the scope of receptionist.
- Ensure reception's area and lobby are well maintain, neat and clean at all time.
- Assist HR department with administration support as and when required
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: Up to RM3,080.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
